Charlotte Manning is the Director of the Houston location of Diagnostic Learning Services.
Charlotte attended Texas Southern University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She then went on to Prairie View A&M University where she earned her 2 Masters Degrees in Special Education (2007) and Educational Administration (2013).
Charlotte has been a teacher from everything from Head Start, Elementary and Middle School. She worked as an Educational Diagnostician in Katy ISD from 2006-2020. Charlotte has been working part time for Diagnostic Learning Services while she was with Katy ISD until we were able to convince her to become our full time director.
Charlotte is an extremely kind and caring person that has an immense passion for helping others. She loves that as a Director for Diagnostic Learning Services she does not have the same public school restrictions for providing help and information to our clients and students. Charlotte loves to spend her leisure time traveling, singing Karaoke, and watching her favorite sports teams. She also enjoys entertaining her family and friends and is an incredible mom to her son.
