As a lifelong a Texas resident, Lynn graduated from Texas Tech University in 1988 with a BA in French, followed by her Teacher’s Certification from the University of North Texas in 1991. After raising her children at home, Lynn spent 12+ years working in early childhood education in the private sector, public education Title 1 schools, in both the general and special education population, both in classroom teaching and administrative roles. Lynn’s heart has always been for parents, teachers and students of all ages, to work together as a team and communicate for the progress and growth of the student.
Lynn has been married to a fellow ‘TTU Red Raider’ for 31 years and has 3 grown children. Lynn enjoys pilates, traveling, Mavericks basketball, cooking, spending time with her family and extended church family.
