They were super professional, super helpful and very prompt with their scheduling and turnaround time on results. When they delivered my results, they scheduled a consultation, took the time to answer any and all of my questions. We even went overtime a little bit, and they did not rush me out. They took all the time to actually hear me. They even updated my diagnosis paperwork based on the questions and conversation I had. 10 out of 10. I was very nervous about getting tested for a learning disability in my 30s, but they made me feel welcomed. It was a calm and inviting environment. I got to test from the comfort of my own home and the evaluator was really nice. I cannot recommend them enough.
