Finally, Diagnostic Learning Services were able to convince her to become our full time director.

Charlotte is an extremely kind and caring person that has an immense passion for helping others and that is no more evident then when you read all the reviews that families and individuals leave for her. She loves that as a Director for Diagnostic Learning Services she does not have the same public school restrictions for providing help and information to our clients and students.

Charlotte loves to spend her leisure time traveling, singing Karaoke, and watching her favorite sports teams and is a Wheel of Fortune fanatic! She also enjoys entertaining her family and friends and is an incredible mom to her son.
